Gabe Stuart - Principal
Gabe has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked extensively in the due diligence, asset management, commercial lending and loan servicing sectors. In this capacity, Gabe has completed engagements for CRE owners, investment banks, investment managers, REITs, commercial banks, and private equity firms.
Gabe was formerly the Vice President of Accenture Credit Services where he was responsible for business development, client management and delivery of engagements related to commercial lending, transactional due diligence and financial analytics associated with valuation and asset management. Previously, Gabe was an Asset Manager for Trimont Real Estate Advisors overseeing a portfolio of debt and equity investments for a Wall Street investment bank. Gabe started his career with Berkshire Mortgage Finance and holds a BA from Emory University.
Alex Skorniakoff - Principal
Alex is responsible for delivering lease administration, finance and accounting services to our clients. He has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Alex was formerly Senior Vice President of AMP Technologies, where he built and managed their services delivery platform. Previously, Alex was a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Services at Accenture Credit Services (formerly Zenta), where he was instrumental in developing the lease administration, finance and accounting verticals and was responsible for client services. During his tenure at AMP and Accenture, Alex successfully delivered services to numerous real estate companies.
Alex’s previous experience includes; PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in their real estate consulting practices. Alex was responsible for managing various client engagements in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to his consulting positions, Alex was Senior Vice President - Finance with Koll Investment Management. Alex received his BA in Accounting from the University of Washington and a MBA from California State University, Long Beach.
